Meet Alienor Hunter, Public Speaking Coach to Google & Meta Teams

Alienor Hunter wasn't a natural speaker. She was so shy she had her sister call the hairdresser for her, and her CEO once took her aside after a client meeting where she hadn't said a word. She decided to learn to speak, and five years ago she quit her job to teach it.

Today she coaches teams and high performers at Google and Meta, and has coached hundreds of business people across five continents. She has also been a guest on Ali Abdaal's podcast.

Her approach starts with three things great speakers get right: being relaxed enough for your real personality to come through, making every idea easy to follow, and daring to be different. She teaches practical tools for nerves, pauses and presence that work in the speaking most people do every week: client meetings, Zoom calls, pitches and negotiations.
